A great 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom villa in its own grounds with private pool is very rare in such a central Puerto Banus location. Easily walkable to beach, marina, restaurants, supermarkets, nightlife, etc.
Bed linens/sheets, towels and pool towels are provided. Pool can be heated, with a small supplement depending on time of year and duration of stay.
Located on a quiet residential street.

4. many shaded areas in which to escape the sun, and mature fruit trees (oranges and bananas - please help yourself when in season!)
