Summary: Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) spent three nights here and were in general satisfied with our stay. The strengths: - service is fantastic, we showed up hours before the official check in time and the manager moved mountains to help us settle ASAP (I guess they saw how tired our kids are :D), they created a whole website for first-time visitors with a bunch of recommendations (this is how we discovered the earthquake museum which wasn't on our original itinerary but we ended up loving it!) - location is great - brilliant hygiene products: super fluffy towels (plenty!) and cute solid soap+shampoo boxes - the doors open with a code, so no need to carry keys/cards/etc. - the building has a book collection so one can use the Lisbon travel books just from the common shelves - the vibe of the apartment is just lovely. Room for improvement: the apartment was very minimally equipped, e.g. - the kitchen has exactly 4 mugs, 4 plates, etc. so one needs to do the dishes often - we didn't get sheets for the sofa bed (ended up using a blanket) and there are only two big blankets for 4 people (which was fine for the adults but not so practical for the kids)
