The apartment is on the first floor with elevator of an old but very well kept building. Cross the sunbathed landing to open the majestic door of Le 7. Fully renovated in 2021, it is composed of a corridor serving the master bedroom and leading to the living area and its beautiful ceiling height. The open kitchen is fully equipped with cooking plates, speed oven, fridge, freezer, wine cooler and dishwasher. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed and a desk, perfect for remote working. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with an elegant tiled shower. All windows open on a courtyard, offering the apartment a rare quietness in the city's very centre.
The 7 is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Lyon and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team who will present the apartment, its functioning and will give you the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the beds are made on your arrival.

The "7" is 2 minutes walk away from place des Terreaux and 5 minutes from subway stop Hôtel de Ville. From there, you can either go south of the Presqu'île, toward the 6th borough, or go up to Croix-Rousse with subway line C.
If you cross bridge La Feuillée, you can be strolling in the old town's streets in under 5 minutes. Take a walk around the Presqu'île for some shopping or to discover the many restaurants and bars the capital of gastronomy has to offer.
