On the main level (Ground Floor) we find a large open, fully fitted kitchen with quality appliances and offers a breakfast bar with three bar stools. Next to the kitchen, a spacious and bright lounge area equipped with a 55" flat screen TV with a wide range national and international channels including Sky TV and Netflix. At the other end of the lounge area, we find a stylish dining table and chairs for six guests. On this same level you can find the master bedroom with a super king size bed (180x200cm) and plenty of cupboard space with an en-suite walk-in shower and hand-basin, just outside the bedroom there is a separate cloak room. From this level we can access the balcony with lovely views to the gardens, pool and mountains. On the lowest floor (Basement Level) you may find the remaining three bedrooms; a second bedroom with a super king size bed (180x200cm) and en-suite bathroom equipped with walk-in shower, WC and hand-basin.
