- During the colder months of October through May we recommend adding pool heat to your reservation for an additional $100 a day. We heat the pool to a very comfortable 86 degrees F and the spa to a relaxing 102 degrees F. The pool will be warm and ready for you to enjoy when you arrive!
- In reservations longer than 29 nights, the guest pays the actual cost of utilities. A $1500 utility deposit is required at time of check in and the actual utility costs will be deducted from this deposit within 21 days of departure.
- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of$35 per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.
- Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.
