Travel Purpose: leisure

Negative: We were having trouble with the air conditioning and heating and the GSR at the front desk acted like she did not want to be bothered about the situation. The girl doing the breakfast was rude and kept watching me and treating me like a 2 year old at the waffle machine. When I checked in I was told that the deposit was 250 because of my service dog and the regular deposit or else we could not check in. No one has ever charged us a deposit for our service dog and under ADA you are not supposed to charge deposit for service dog.
