Private: large garden 9'000 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (5 x 12 m, 08.05.-17.10.) with internal staircase. 600 m long bumpy motor access to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 8 km, railway station "Castelfiorentino" 16 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, tennis 15 km. Local sale of farm products.
