Villa Alta Vista is set in a privileged hilltop location, 3 km from Estepona town and 4km from the beach, with breath-taking sea views all along the coast from Gibraltar to Marbella.
The automated entrance gates open to a vast paved driveway with a feature fountain, surrounded by the manicured gardens. There is a double garage and ample parking on the driveway.
On entering the property, you will be completely wowed by the spectacular panoramic views! And inevitably drawn to the covered terrace to soak them up.
The large pool (15mx6m) has a built-in seating area with 3 Jacuzzi jets to enjoy - sipping on a glass of Champagne whilst cooling off. Or you can use the jet-stream to work out a little. You can even see Gibraltar and Africa whilst swimming.
There is a fantastic outdoor kitchen/entertainment area that has a large pergola providing shade for the hot summer days. There is a dining table for alfresco dining. Next to the BBQ area is your private Bar which is fully equipped with a Phillips beer tap and ice cube machine (no drinks included - order your beer keg in advance) so you can make your own cocktails and play pool. There is also a bathroom with a toilet and a small corner shower. You can ask Alexa to play some chill-out music and enjoy lying on the sunbeds located next to the pool whilst drinking your cocktail.
In the same outdoor building, there is a Sauna that leads out onto a covered terrace with one hammock and additional seating.
At one side of the villa you will find several fruit trees (orange, mandarin, pink grapefruit, lemon, lime, figs, pomegranate, and olive trees). From there, steps lead down onto the 9-hole putting green where you can also practice your chipping skills. Next to the golf area is a private paddle court with amazing views to La Concha mountain and the sea. The necessary equipment to play is provided, just bring your own balls.
The main house has a large, elegant kitchen with a 6-ring gas hob, griddle, 2 electric ovens, a drinks fridge, and all the appliances you might need. From the kitchen, you have access to a storage room and a laundry room which leads out onto the side garden.
Next to the kitchen is the Gym Room with a treadmill, elliptic bike, some weights, and yoga mats. There is a guest WC just down the hall off the living room.
The west wing of the villa has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin), all with full en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have access to the large, covered terrace overlooking the pool and sea and there is seating for 2 in front of each terrace door to enjoy some privacy.
On the top floor of the villa you have the large Master Suite with a vanity area and a large en-suite bathroom with a double jacuzzi and walk-in rain shower. Enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace in the evening and look onto the distant city lights from Gibraltar to Marbella as well as the boats on the horizon and wake up in the morning looking at miles of the glittering sea.
