A sprawling and luxurious 6-bed Family Villa with ample parking space for up to 5 cars, indoor and outdoor entertainment areas, expertly and exquisitely designed and situated right on the doorstep of Puerto Banus, this is the perfect choice for your Marbella getaway!
As the Entrance Gate opens, you are immediately welcomed by the “Villa Macarena” shimmering gold plaque across the stone wall that guides you up the stairs to the front door. Upon entry, feast your eyes on the craftsmanship that holds this home to the highest of standards. Floors made from Ebony wood line the villa in all directions and even the walls to your right follow suit.
Make your way towards the left and you step into the vast living area beautifully furnished in white to complement the dark wood fixtures that line the back wall filled with various ornaments and pieces. The living area also has a very large TV for those wine and movie nights after dinner. Passageways on either side bring you to the lovely dining table that seats 8 people. Beside it, a stunning marble centerpiece with bar stools to accessorize the kitchen’s luxurious style as it combines the lighter marble with darker fittings to perfection. The kitchen is fully fitted with top-of-the-range appliances.
To the right of the entrance, you find four double bedrooms. All the bedrooms follow the same principles: large rooms, quality king-size beds, stylishly furnished and of course, ensuite bathrooms. They also all have stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that can slide open giving access to the gardens that surround the property.
The Master Bedroom is at the end of the hallway, where absolutely nothing is left to spare; never-ending luxury including with a unique feature fireplace that sits centrally in the room a mere meter from the foot of the bed. A massive walk-in closet with a glass-topped centre piece that separates the His and Her sides, leading into the exquisite white and grey marble bathroom that has a bathtub and a rain shower.
Headed back to the living area, it’s impossible not to be absorbed by the glistening floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that sit at each point of the living, dining and kitchen areas that open out into the terrace and garden.
The garden features multiple lounge areas, an outdoor dining area and barbeque, a very special sunken firepit, an outdoor gym area, all of which are cherry-topped by the extra-large swimming pool that stretches through the garden. Shade is provided by Mediterranean trees in a stone-laid bed. This area also has a ping pong table and an inviting Bali-Bed, a wonderful combination of fun and tranquility at whichever moment you desire to indulge in either.
Here you can access the Studio which counts as the Villa’s 6th bedroom. It is on the lower level by the parking area, and it follows suit in style and facilities with its own TV and ensuite bathroom.
Downstairs, you have a wine cellar to your right, pressurized and climate-controlled. A little further on to your left, you will find a Spa area with glass doors that open into the indoor plunge pool, as well as a rain shower and Finnish-style sauna, all for your enjoyment. The cinema room that comfortably seats 6 people is darkened with heavy drapes - perfect for a classic horror movie and is one of our favorite parts of the house as it has a lovely little popcorn machine!
To finish off, the home has a glass door elevator to increase accessibility.

This villa has a GREAT location; It is merely minutes' walk from the Aloha Strip and Puerto Banus where you will find some of Marbella’s best restaurants, bars and nightlife and a choice of supermarkets. For the golfers, Las Brisas, Aloha Golf, Los Naranjos and Magna Marbella (par 3 for beginners) Golf Clubs are all very close by.
