Stunning villa with private garden and HEATED pool ...a rare treat, given its great location in a small residential cul-de-sac between the Bullring and town centre of Puerto Banus. Just 5 mins walk to the boutiques, 8 mins walk to the good sandy beaches and world famous marina of Puerto Banus. 3 mins walk to restaurants, bars and supermarket. World class golf courses closeby. No need for a car, a big plus as parking facilities near the beach are limited and expensive. However, if you choose to have a car, there is safe parking on the road right outside the villa. Wheel chair access.

The recently refurbished interior is fully air-conditioned, has cream marble floors, all new beds, and offers every modern convenience.
The accommodation is arranged over two levels with the master bedroom and it's private terrace on the first floor.
On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious sitting-dining room which opens onto a covered terrace, and fully equipped kitchen.
The south facing garden, pool and terraces are sun drenched and for your exclusive use. Poolside shower and WC. Weber BBQ. West facing decked terrace with covered pergola and garden furniture for al-fresco dining and relaxing. Location, space, and comfort ... 'Villa Banus' has it all!
The bright, spacious semi open plan interior provides very comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people. All rooms have independently regulated air conditioning/heating units. The elegant sitting-dining room opens onto the covered terrace and south facing terraced pool area with sun loungers. There is a dining table which seats 8 people and a flat screen TV with multi language (including English) channels. There is high speed fibre optic WiFi and a selection of books and games for adults and children.
The spacious kitchen is adjacent to the living area and is fully fitted and very well equipped, complete with a large American style fridge-freezer.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. One is a double with an en suite bathroom ( free standing bath and independent shower unit) and direct access on the pool area. The other two are twins, each with two standard single beds which can be put together if required. These two rooms share an adjacent shower room.
The master bedroom suite is located on the first floor, accessed by a marble staircase from the entrance hall. It has a super king size bed, extensive built in wardrobes, en suite shower room and a large south facing terrace with outdoor furniture.
We have a cot with linen and a high chair for a baby.
All beds are made up on arrival with good quality linen. Towels and pool towels are supplied. In high season we provide a weekly change of linen and towels and 4 hour cleaning service for rentals of 2 or more weeks.
The covered terrace, accessed from the sitting-dining room is comfortably furnished with rattan couch and easy chairs and a dining table for breakfast or lunch. A double awning with remote control provides extra shade from the mid day sun. The 7.5 x 3.5m pool has roman steps at the shallow end allowing easy access and it is heated outside Summer season, as required. There is a supplementary charge, depending on the time of year and the duration of the stay. Please ask the owner before booking. The marble tiled terraces around the pool have sun bathing furniture. Adjacent to the pool there is an outdoor shower and a changing room with toilet and wash basin.
The West facing decked terrace has a dining table and chairs for 8 people and a large, gas BBQ ideal for al fresco dining in the evening. There is also a couch and armchairs shaded by an awning. The remainder of the garden is lawn bordered by flowering shrubs, and a small fountain gives an air of tranquility.
As all amenities and facilities are a short walk away a car isn't needed but there is safe parking if you have one.

The proximity to all the amenities, the lovely sandy beaches and great golf courses of Puerto Banus makes the property suitable for all age groups and occasions... golf breaks, family get togethers, significant birthday celebrations, school re-unions etc.
Given that the house is so comfortable and the pool so inviting you may wish to relax and take it easy but it would be a shame not to explore the surrounding area which has lots to offer....
A short walk takes you to the picturesque port with it's luxury yachts and views over the Mediterranean. The marina has a great choice of restaurants, al-fresco bars and boutiques and the promenade is perfect for a stroll up to Marbella where Orange Square in the old town is definitely worth a visit.
With 320 days of sunshine per year and a warm winter climate the area can be enjoyed all year round.
The Costa del Sol is known for the quality of it's golf courses and a 10 min drive from the villa will take you to Los Naranjos, Las Brisas or La Quinta golf courses.
Other places of interest:
Malaga has a lovely atmosphere in the old town, and the cathedral. Alcazaba and castle are well worth a visit. The birth place of Picasso is open to the public. The
Marina has a lovely promenade snd great selection of restaurants. Not far from the city the botanical gardens have a tropical feel and a great view over the city.
Granada with it's famous Moorish Alhambra palace and gardens is a 90min drive away.
Gibraltar, from where you can take a short boat trip to North Africa, is an hour's drive away.
Sol y Nieve , Europe's sunniest ski resort, in the Sierra Nevada mountains is 2 hours away.
