Looking for a stunning venue? The Retreat at Quail Crossing is ready for weddings, family reunions, yoga retreats, and social gatherings. This 7.5-acre retreat is just 24 miles from Yosemite.

You’ll have exclusive access to three distinct accommodations: the spacious Cedar Lodge, the cozy Quail Cabin, and the charming Stone Cottage. RVs and tent camping can also be arranged for larger gatherings, and dogs are welcome so your furry friends can join the festivities (additional fees may apply).

Kindly note that we assess a $25 fee per person per night after 12 guests to allow us to offer the property at a less expensive rate for smaller groups. Some booking platforms allow you to book up to 16 guests. If your party has more than 16 guests, we will assess the fee separately after booking as a request for payment. Second upstairs bedroom: queen bed, twin daybed with trundle, and a twin sleeper sofa, with your own private large bedroom and personal stairwell.
Entertaining Pub Room: wet bar + queen Murphy bed—private bedroom by night and full-bar by day. Bar is equipped with Karaoke, big screen TV, and darts.
DINING & ENTERTAINMENT
Gourmet kitchen: soapstone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and space for 10–14 people to gather. Opens to the outdoor patio for granite dining and a BBQ grill.

*To help our cleaning team get the home ready for the next guest on time, please ensure that all furniture is returned to its original place and all dishes are washed.
Since our crew is small, they unfortunately don`t have the extra manpower to move heavy items or tackle dishes while maintaining their high cleaning standards. Please note that an additional fee will be assessed if these items aren`t taken care of. Thanks so much for your understanding
*There are absolutely no destructive parties allowed. This beautiful, luxury property is intended for family gatherings and group events, but not intended as a party property. Not only is this our policy, but Air BnB has instituted a global party ban on all parties; read here:

*There is no smoking anywhere on this property. We are in a very high fire area. There will be a $500 charge if we find evidence of smoking.
*Be Water Wise. We are on well and septic. There is a draught. Do not let water run while doing dishes or brushing teeth. Limit showers to 10 min. Only flush toilet paper in the toilets. No sanitary products or flushable wipes.
*Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 pm – 8am daily.
